Cassie, CVT

Hey! I’m Cassie, one of the Certified Veterinary Technicians at Four Lakes. 

I have been a part of the Four Lakes team since March 2014 and can honestly say that I have loved every second of it. 

When I started working at the clinic, I was attending UW Madison, pursuing my Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Sciences. I had the intention of becoming a veterinarian, however after working at the clinic as an assistant, I realized that I much prefer technician work over doctor work. I gained enough on-the-job experience at Four Lakes to be eligible to take the state technician exam, and earned my certification in 2020. Some of my veterinary passions include: dental procedures, animal behavior and Fear Free veterinary care.

I currently live in Brooklyn, WI with my husband, Paul and my son, Brayden.  We have two handsome cats: Remi and Gary, and two dogs: Laila, a mixed breed, and Odin, a German Shepherd.  When I'm not at the clinic, you can find me attending concerts (I love live music!), watching Wisconsin sports (especially the Badgers), spending time with my family, crafting, or snuggling my pets and baby.
