Voted Best Vet Clinic of Monona, Best of Madison, and Star of Madison!
Rising grocery costs have hit all our families in different ways, and some in our community will have difficulty making those usual holiday dollars stretch across every warm celebration of the season. At a time when many are excitedly anticipating large family celebrations with platters of food and happy memories, others are wondering whether that holiday meal will find its way to the table. While the cause of inflation is out of our control, we have the power to come together and ensure as many people as possible have access to a homemade quality holiday meal made by those they love most. This year, we are organizing an online and in-person food drive to support the Goodman Center’s annual Thanksgiving Basket Drive. This year, they plan to provide 4,000 families in Dane County with everything they need to prepare a Thanksgiving meal at home. And they can’t do it without us. $80 will provide a family with a full meal. Will you chip in for one or two(or five or ten) meals with us? Give online at goodmancenter.org/donate. (Enter Four Lakes Veterinary Clinic in the food drive field on the checkout page to credit this food drive!) Thank you for helping this food drive, and most importantly, Dane County families–I hope you enjoy your new Thanksgiving tradition!
If you would prefer to drop off items on Goodman Center's wish list, stop by Four Lakes during any of our open hours between now and Nov. 18th at noon and drop off items from the following list:
Canned vegetables or fruit
Boxes of Mac and Cheese
Gravy (any kind)
Canned cranberry sauce
Broth (any kind)
Stuffing (any kind)
16 - 24 oz bottles of vegetable oil
Aluminum roasting pans

Each year we look for ways to give back. We search for organizations who help animals or their humans, and this year we were able to help both by supporting Sheltering Animals of Abuse Victims(SAAV). Learn more about their organization here: https://www.saavprogram.org/
