Dr. Chervenka at Four Lakes is wonderful. Do whatever you can to have your pet see her! I have been a long time client of Four Lakes and never overly enthused with the staff we've previously interacted with at the clinic. I would have switched vets but bought into the vaccine for life program early on. Our experience today, however, was phenomenal. Dr. Chervenka listened to my concerns, did a thorough exam and made several recommendations. She did not seem at all rushed and was so kind to my 13 year old pup. The staff and care at Four Lakes has always been amazing and affordable, but my kitty especially lived the new clinic with the window in the exam room and heated exam table. She has never sat so calm for an exam before!

My dog is very fearful of strangers and can become aggressive when scared. We have had problems in the past with veterinary staff not understanding or respecting her trust issues. I'm crying writing this review because our dog was able to go to the vet for the first time in a long time and have a normal stress free experience. They accommodated every one of her fears and made her so comfortable. I will be eternally grateful for the caring and loving staff there.
